As Ambit Energy expands into new markets it is critical that we do so in as professional a manner as possible. With that in mind, please adhere to these guidelines:

1. Please do not try to gather customers in Ohio until we officially launch service in Ohio in January 2009.
2. Please do not hold opportunity meetings in Ohio until we officially launch service in Ohio in January 2009.
3. Do not create and distribute marketing materials without first gaining approval from the Ambit Energy Corporate Marketing Team.
